Pumpkin Patch Magic Bars 🍫🎃✨

The Sweet Story Behind This Treat 🍂

Fall is here, and that means one thing: dessert season is in full swing! While apple pies and pumpkin rolls get all the glory, let us introduce you to the Pumpkin Patch Magic Bar. Think of it as your classic layered dessert bar but with a cozy autumn twist—pumpkin spice, warm cinnamon, and crunchy pecans all wrapped up in a chocolatey hug.

They’re easy enough for a weeknight bake but special enough to bring along to hayrides, fall festivals, and, of course, your trip to Jumbo’s Pumpkin Patch. These bars are basically fall in dessert form.

Ingredients You’ll Need 🧑🍳

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter 🧈

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫

½ cup white chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

½ cup shredded coconut 🥥

½ cup canned pumpkin puree 🎃

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

A pinch of cinnamon

Directions 🍴

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of your dish to make a crust.

Pour half the sweetened condensed milk over the crust.

Mix pumpkin puree with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, then spread gently over the milk layer.

Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts, and coconut evenly over the pumpkin layer.

Drizzle the rest of the sweetened condensed milk on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and your kitchen smells like a pumpkin patch bakery.

Cool completely before cutting into bars (the hardest step, we know!).

Why You’ll Love These Bars 🍁

They’re sweet, gooey, and a little crunchy—basically a pumpkin-spiced hug in dessert form. Perfect with a cup of hot cider, a latte, or even a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Bring them to your next fall get-together, wrap a few for your favorite neighbor, or keep them all for yourself while you watch spooky movies (we won’t tell 👻).
